  • Before wearing the shoes, try them on for size.

  • If floor is not carpeted, please cover flooring with clean cloth to protect shoe soles from becoming scratched or dirtied. Shoes with any visible wear, from fitting or otherwise, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Keep in mind that the width of your new shoes will conform to the shape of your foot, but the length will not change. A snug, yet comfortable fit is the correct fit. (Please note: Soft Italian leather will expand across the toe box as the shoe breaks in.)

  • If the shoes do not fit or there is a manufacturing flaw, please do NOT wear the shoes. Notify LaDuca Shoes immediately!  If the shoes show signs of being worn on anything other than carpet or cloth, there will be no exchange or refund made.  This is not negotiable!

  • The cost of return and exchanges/refunds are covered by the customer. Except where LaDuca London Ltd deem goods faulty.

     

DELIVERY

LaDuca London Ltd aims to dispatch orders placed before 12pm GMT the same day. We aim to deliver your order within 14days. However, during busy periods it may take longer to dispatch your order and during these busy times we ask that you allow up to 30 business days for delivery. LaDuca London Ltd will send your order via a trackable delivery service. LaDuca London Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any late or undelivered parcels. Undelivered parcels that have been returned to LaDuca London Ltd may be subject to a redelivery fee if you still require the goods.

RETURNS

Customers will only be issued with a refund if they adhere to LaDuca London Ltd refund notification policy and LaDuca London Ltd Shoe fitting policy. There are some exemptions to our refund policy please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days. All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is deemed that the goods are faulty by LaDuca London Ltd, then a full refund is given.

HOODIES

The LaDuca Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use, for example make-up/deodorant stains on a garment. Garments returned that appear in this condition will not be refunded/exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Customers will only be offered an exchange if they adhere to LaDuca London Ltd exchange notification policy and LaDuca London Ltd Shoe fitting policy. There are some exemptions to our exchange policy please refer to our Terms and Conditions. The cost of returns and exchange postal and delivery charges are covered by the customer.
