Your contract as a customer will be with LaDuca London Ltd and all payments will be made LaDuca London Ltd. Your contract commences once payment has been received by LaDuca London Ltd from your account. Please note no further discounts apply.

Right to Cancel

If you are a UK/EU customer, you have the legal right, under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order. You have seven working days, starting on the day after you receive your goods, in which to exercise your right to cancel. Returns Policy You may return your goods to: –

Notification of cancellation/return must be made in a written format to the above address or e-mailed to info@laducashoes.co.uk within seven working days starting on the day following receipt of shipment. Items are requested to be in original packaging. Shoes with any visible wear, from fitting or otherwise, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please see our fitting guide on our website to ensure compliance with our refund policy.  Shoes that have been tapped or rubbered are exempt from returns due to the custom element of adding taps or rubber. The Roxie tap shoe sits outside this exemption. ALL custom shoes are exempt from returns due to the bespoke design amendments requested by the customer. However, any shoes deemed faulty by LaDuca London Limited will be accepted as returns and subject to a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Packing and sending your return

We request that you send a copy or the original invoice and request that you fill out the returns note detailing the reason for your return please also ensure the package is securely wrapped or boxed. A receipt of postage, such as a certificate of posting, would be advised for all returned items. The customer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return the goods in reasonable care and in line with our fitting policy. All returns postage is at the expense of the customer unless goods are deemed to be faulty by LaDuca London Ltd.


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days. All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is deemed faulty by LaDuca London Ltd, then a full refund is given.


All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

LaDuca London Ltd are not responsible for local customs/duty tax charges in your country.

Back Orders

Items unavailable at the time of order are placed on backorder, unless otherwise requested. Substitute products can be offered under written notification should any products be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. If substitute product is not suitable then a full refund including all postage charges will be given.


All orders must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment can be made using all major debit or credit cards. Payment will be processed through Stripe. LaDuca London Ltd can not offer any form of credit.


LaDuca London aims to dispatch orders within a 48-hour period, however, in busy periods this may be longer. Therefore, please allow 30 business days for delivery. LaDuca London Ltd will send items either by courier, or Royal Mail. Choice of courier is at the discretion of LaDuca London Ltd.

Faulty, Damaged and Incorrect Returns Policy

To qualify for a full refund where items are found to be faulty, damaged or mis-described, customers should notify LaDuca London Ltd within 7days of receipt of goods. Items returned to LaDuca London Ltd will be reviewed and when the fault is verified a full refund/exchange will be given.

You undertake that:

  1. All details you provide to LaDuca London Ltd for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on LaDuca London’s web site are correct.
  2. The credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from LaDuca London Ltd is your own card or your company’s card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from LaDuca London Ltd. LaDuca London Ltd reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.
  3. LaDuca London Ltd written notifications are classed as: –
